The "It works after all" republic
That was one of the headlines on the on the front page of WELT. The article talks about a ‘dysfunctional state’ in many areas.
A podcast from ‘Lage der Nation’ (State of the Nation) named many examples of where things are going wrong in the administration.
Another another headline was: ‘Germany misses targets for the digitalisation digitisation of the authorities’.
Some things may be journalistic exaggeration, but in many respects we have to make a great effort to keep up with the competition not fall behind in the competition between countries in order to best possible position for a good future in our country.
THE CORE IDEA of the StrategieWerkstatt
We are developing a growing community with more and more partners, where concrete, actionable solutions for processes and administrative procedures are created.
Subsequently, these developed solutions are made available to all counties, cities and municipalities through a platform.
The Journey
1. Building partnerships
Objective: Collaborate with municipal partners, umbrella organisations, districts, cities, towns, and IT service providers to create a space for solutions.
2. Develop
solutions
Objective: In the co-creation process, concrete, practical solutions for administrative processes and procedures are developed.
3. Solution implementation
Objective: The solutions developed are implemented in close cooperation with all partners involved and can be used by all players in the process.
4. Provision of solutions
Objective: The solutions developed will be made available to all districts, cities and municipalities nationally on one platform.
5. Further development
Objective: The solutions are continuously adapted and the latest technological developments are integrated.

During her trip abroad, we accompanied Manuela Schwesig in her capacity as president of the federal counsel. As part of a huge german delegation we did get the opportunity to network as well as bringing the 9th Systemic Innovation Workshop to Brasilia, Brazil in Sept. 2024.

Development of a new strategy for the Eutin Castle Foundation in cooperation with the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry for Europe, Culture and Justice.
Strategy Workshop Culture in Neuhardenberg Castle
Conception and development of a new format for the exchange between top decision-makers from the cultural sector in a protected area. Participants: Ministers, state secretaries, artistic directors, museum directors and orchestra directors as well as representatives of associations in the cultural sector.
